those old saws, would look good, with some nice landscape art.I’ve got an old one man crosscut,that belonged to my dad ,I planned to get done ,but never did.
Thanks, no Sir, not a one of them were for me. I have a fairly decent size pile of my own I need to finish up that are in different stages. Some are about done I just haven't finished whitening. Need to get on some wood work for'em too. This ain't near all of'em. Several were dead-heads. All of these in the pic were kills but 1.
Just dry preservative used for taxidermy. I had a bunch left over and started using it years ago,..I really don't like doing them without it now. It helps pull grease out, dehydrates meat and tissue on contact and gives it "grip" to remove, also deodorizes. I try to keep my pot time as short as I can, the longer their in there the weaker the bone gets. Just how I do it, lots of "skull" folks use maceration. I'm not really set up for it so I do what I do.
A little baking soda and clear dawn goes in my pot though.
