Early but I’m going to finish moving limbs from an old cedar tree I had split. Going to leave a 6’ stump as a fence post since the tree is on the property line. I’ll get a picture later.

I plan to mow my yard and then drop down into the sink hole and pull the sod out. Also gonna trim the edges out at the top. I may take measurements to see how many bags of concrete I need to plug it. Planning on 20-30 for a 2 foot thick plug

I mowed my weeds. First time this year. Wife and daughter are on Spring Break so guess I have to unretire and do some stuff with them this week.

Drove to Bowling Green, Louisville, and Shelbyville, IN. Trying to get work all situated to hit turkey season hard. Expect to have my work cut out for me this year being my first year hunting KY.

After work I been working on my lawnmower, had 2 low tires and one flat that had popped off the rim, was a time getting it back on, changed oil, and got to get some hydraulic fluid tomorrow to add to it as it leaked some out over the winter, then hopefully can mow tomorrow. Then I came in and made a big pot of chilli, with this cold snap it just seemed appropriate

Had to make a few detours around water again to get to work. After work more detours to get out to the farm we are turkey hunting. Moved a cell camera. Other one is still under water. Came home fixed some super. Then retired to my chair and played Fortnite.

Went to Caneyville to visit with papaw. Went to the post office. Still have so much stuff going on I feel like I’m going to pull my hair out….

When I went to great wolf lodge, I found a cockroach crawling in the floor. I’m never one to complain, but I called the front desk and told them about it and that I drove over 3 hours to get there. I said I don’t live like that at home and I’m not going to here. They gave us a better/different room and a late checkout, but we skipped the late checkout because we were just ready to leave. There was so many people there that it made it miserable being there.

3rd time we’ve been. It’s a money racket for sure but never had an issue like that. Thing is my daughter and her friend have probably spent 3 hours total at the pool. My wife and I have enjoyed it more. LOL. We brought a lot of our own snacks and drinks and just spent money on bigger meals. Leaving today. 1 night is plenty! And I miss my dogs.
