Last day of 2024 was a good one for us. I took Connor and our old buddy Tiny out for a boy scout hunt. We had setup the afternoon before so all we had to do was pack blind bags and shotguns in that morning. I had dug a hole in the bank so the mud stool would be just right for connor and setup a trigger stick tripod so he didn't have to pick the gun up off of the ground. When the birds would come in and drop below the treetops Connor would pickup and shoulder his new 20 ga and poor it to them. I would reload for him and then back on the tripod it would go until the next group would come in. Connor shot extremely well and we had a great time, one of my favorite hunts ever.
